The Harbour training team is able to provide your organisation with bespoke training packages to suit your needs and budget.
Our expert trainers use their industry experience to provide training opportunities, workshops and seminars. Our bespoke sessions can cover a wide range of subjects to suit your business needs; from substance use and alcohol addictions to developing your workforce with supervision skills, equality and diversity knowledge and conflict resolution. Providing the ultimate in flexibility, training can be delivered on site or, alternatively, we have facilities available here at Harbour.
Recent organisations we have provided training services for have given the following testimonials;
“Good discussion into our service and client group, relevant and worthwhile.”
“Group work enabled positive discussions and ability to reflect on own styles.”
“Thank you for a valued day; most informative.”
To discuss your organisation's needs please contact the training services team who will provide you with a proposal. The investment for these bespoke training sessions varies depending on the duration of training and number of delegates, however Harbour appreciates that resources are often limited and aim to offer value for money services.
